Returns & Cancellations

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. We want you to be 100% happy with your sword!

If you need to return something, please contact us.

Please do NOT send any item back without first contacting us for an authorization number and the proper shipping address – This will result in the return not processing.

All items must have arrived back at our warehouse in brand new condition within 30 days of your order date or we cannot accept the return.

There will be a 10% restocking fee for all non-defective returns i.e.: changed mind, no longer wanted.

If the item is defective we will gladly replace it, however if it is simply returned for a refund it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover our packaging costs and the merchant processing fee’s we incur on the initial purchase and again when we process a refund.

There is a 10% cancellation fee for orders that are placed and then cancelled prior to shipping. This covers our merchant processing costs that we incur when the order is processed and again when the refund issued.

There is a 10% fee on any preordered swords that are later cancelled as these orders are processed and prepaid by us directly to the forge to assure availability of the sword.

If there is a problem or defect with your sword or you received the wrong item we must be contacted immediately upon receipt of the sword for it to be exchanged.

Minor imperfections such as scratches, polish marks, sharpness issues will occur on hand made swords and are not considered defective swords and will be subject to the 10% restocking fee if returned due to a minor imperfection.

We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges on non defective returns. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of any return.

Defective swords are swords that arrive with a chipped or bent blade, bent or broken furniture, scratches or chips on the saya. (As infrequent as that is, it does occur on occasion and we will exchange the sword for you in the event that it does).
