Rugged Hand Forged Folded BladeThis katana is designed for the serious practitioner.The Imperial Forge Toumoku Katana is a hand forged 1050 Spring Steel katana; masterfully hand crafted specifically to be used in “the way of the sword. Each sword blade is hand forged out of 1050 Spring Steel and individually heat treated, through tempered and polished by skilled hands. These swords are built for the most advanced sword practitioner but priced for all to use.The Competition folded blade boasts a 10″ long, 8mm thick, 25mm wide tang with no taper. Mid blade is 6mm thick & 29mm wide, tapering to 5mm thick & 25mm at the kissaki.
This brings the balance point forward to 5 1/2” and lets the sword do the work for an easy cut.
