Sword Display Stand:  The Right Stand
For Your Sword

Most likely you’ll want to display your beautiful sword somewhere in your home or office for all to see. There are several sword display stands to choose from. Some are poorly made and some are of very fine quality. Many sword display stands are universal, but some are made for certain types of swords, for instance there are many sword stands that are specifically made to display a Japanese katana sword or a specific type of dagger.

When buying a sword display stand for your new sword just be sure that you’re buying a stand that is made from solid wood and not one that is cheaply made of some type of particle board or the like. You want a stand made of quality wood that won’t damage your sword in any way. The two most popular brands of sword display stands are probably Paul Chen and United Cutlery. Both manufacture quality stands at reasonable prices.

One other thing to consider when purchasing your sword display stand is to be sure that it fits the size of your sword. You don’t want to but a stand that is to large or to small for your sword. For example, most katana swords are 40” long give or take and inch so you would want to buy a stand that is 18” to 20” wide so that roughly your katana is protruding about 10” out from each side of the stand.

At Japanese Swords 4 Samurai we have the have a large selection of sword stands to choose from. Come visit us today to find a quality sword display stand to show off you’re your new or antique sword for everyone to see. You can find us at http://www.japaneseswords4samurai.com/
